Deluxe Labor & Birth Support Package: $2600

Prenatal Visits

  • 3 + prenatal/childbirth ed sessions to help prepare you for birth, labor and motherhood

  • Help in creating a birth plan AND a postpartum plan

Labor Support

  • On-call 24/7 availability beginning at 38 weeks
  • Continuous labor support including labor support at home
  • Use of massage therapy, aromatherapy, acupressure, and positioning techniques
  • Support to your partner in supporting you!
  • Rebozo comfort measures
  • Use of TENS unit in labor
  • Work as a team with your care providers

Immediate Postpartum Care

  • Assistance with breast crawl and initial breastfeeding
  • Help in maintaining the "golden hours" for family bonding
  • 1 extended 3 hr home visit to assess needs, give referrals, process your birth experience, provide newborn guidance, and breastfeeding support plus
  • Belly binding and sitz bath herbs

Deluxe Labor & Birth Plus Postpartum Wellness Package:  $2825/ $3050/ $3275 / $3500

  •  All the above plus 1 - 4 additional 3hr sessions of individualized postpartum support, guidance, breastfeeding assistance and INNATE physiologic postpartum care - warming, nourishing and nurturing mother-care - such as belly warming and binding, herbal sitz baths and yoni steaming, moxa ligament warming, warm oil massage, guidance with self-care and nutritional postpartum meal planning/preparation.

I looked to her for reassurance on the many decisions I had to make during my somewhat complicated labor. Consulting with her was very helpful and reassuring. She was also great at talking to my nurses, making helpful suggestions and guiding me to ask questions. She stuck with me my entire labor which was overnight and well into midnight the next day!"
